Remote Sales & Outreach Support Assistant
Location: Remote
Hours: Part-time or Full-time, with at least 4 hours daily overlap with BST/GMT. Comfortable working in a remote setting.
About the Role
We are hiring a motivated Sales & Outreach Support Assistant to partner directly with our CEO on building and scaling a high-ticket sales operation.
The role starts with hands-on outreach, lead generation, and client engagement and is designed to develop into a leadership position where you will manage and grow a global SDR (Sales Development Representative) team.
You’ll receive direct mentorship from the CEO, gain international exposure, and participate in our growth journey as we scale through Daits.org AI certification & marketplace.
Responsibilities
* Support CEO with outreach to high-ticket prospects (LinkedIn, email, CRM follow-ups)
* Research and qualify new leads in target markets
* Draft and send professional outreach messages and proposals
* Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline reporting
* Provide daily/weekly updates to the CEO
* Assist with sales operations and client onboarding tasks
Requirements
✅ Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
✅ Available part-time or full-time, with minimum 4 hours overlap with BST/GMT
✅ Highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
✅ Comfortable using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and digital outreach platforms
✅ Ambitious, target-driven, and eager to grow into a sales leadership role
