Trainee Insurance Advisor – No Experience Needed | Full Training Provided | Career Progression

Salary: Competitive £23,000 - £26,000 (DOE)

We’re on the lookout for a Trainee Insurance Advisor to join our friendly and ambitious team. Whether you come from retail, hospitality, or customer service, if you’re motivated by success and enjoy sales, we’ll give you all the training and support you need to build a long-term career in insurance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Speaking with customers to understand their insurance needs and offering tailored solutions
* Building strong relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience
* Working towards individual and team targets in a supportive, people-first environment
* Learning about insurance products, sales techniques, and compliance as part of our structured training programme
What We’re Looking For:
* A confident, bubbly personality with a genuine passion for helping people
* Experience in retail, hospitality or customer service (no insurance experience needed)
* A strong work ethic and drive to succeed in a sales environment
* Great communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
* Willingness to learn and develop in a professional setting
* A good standard of education, such as GCSEs or equivalent including Maths

Hours:
* Monday - Friday - 08:30 - 5 pm
* Every 2nd Saturday - 08:30 - 12 pm
