We are looking for a Team Manager that is committed, innovative, and has the vision and leadership skills to lead our Mental Health Hospital Liaison Team. You will lead a multidisciplinary team working to ensure that The Rotherham Hospital Foundation Trust is supported in the effective assessment and treatment of individuals with mental health issues. This will include providing responsive, emergency assessments within the Urgent & Emergency Care Centre and to all inpatient wards. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about urgent mental health care and work closely with our crisis and home treatment leads with a desire to continually improve what we do. You will also work collaboratively with external partners to ensure that mental and physical health needs are supported with parity and to ensure the service operates in a safe, effective and efficient way as part of the wider health and social care system. To take overall responsibility for the Rotherham Mental Health Liaison Team and to ensure services are delivered to a high quality and are person centred in their approach. To play a key role in leadership and continued development of the service, working closely with the leadership team as well as developing relationships with key figures from the acute Trust. Assist in the development and implementation of integrated care pathways Work in a professional and collaborative manner with the multi-disciplinary team. Participate and promote positive intra-agency working. Support the formulation and implementation of clinical and operational practices and procedures.
