Food & Beverage Team Member

What you will be doing:
1. Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and serve food and drinks efficiently
2. Assist with food preparation, including basic cooking and plating when needed
3. Operate POS systems, order processing and payments
4. Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing work areas, and adhering to food safety standards
5. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
6. Support kitchen staff with food handling, prep work, and ensuring proper sanitation practices
Qualifications
Experience
7. Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
8. Familiarity with quick service or fast-food operations is advantageous
9. Knowledge of POS systems such as Bizzon /Macros
10. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
11. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
12. Basic math skills for order handling, retail math, and order accuracy
13. Experience working in a café, retail store, or grocery environment is beneficial.
