Your Role as a Lead Teacher
* Lead classroom instruction and guide young learners.
* Plan engaging activities that promote development across multiple domains.
* Ensure the safety and well‑being of children.
* Build strong parent partnerships through open communication.
Requirements
* At least 18 years old, can pass a background check, hold a high school diploma or GED, and complete 12 hours of childcare training within 30 days of hire. Education in Early Childhood Education and prior experience in a licensed center are strong pluses.
* Possess genuine empathy and understanding of children’s needs and development.
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Show flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
* Be able to meet the physical demands of working with children.
