Contracts Manager

Coulter Elite Resourcing are recruiting for a Contracts Manager to lead and project manage all activities on behalf of our client.
Responsibilities for the Contracts Manager:
1. Ensure that all sites have the highest possible Health and Safety standards at all times, making sure that all relevant Health & Safety legislations, regulations and our clients policies and Standards, including QA are adhered to.
2. Represent our clients consistently and positively as the main point of client contact, understanding the requirements of all stakeholders.
3. Lead the project strategy with careful planning, commercial proposition and programme activities
4. Travel to site as required to support the site team.
5. Ensure detailed construction programme is in place.
6. Deliver multiple projects
7. Understanding and application of contract forms
8. Ensure that Contract Kick - Off meetings are planned and held with client, contractors and building managers
9. Ensure client invoicing is up to date at all times. Stage payments to be adjusted to align with project value.
10. Take ownership of lead close out of all post-project activities.
