Your day will include: Providing exceptional customer service: Creating a positive, lasting impression at tills and the food order desk. Tailoring your service style to each customer-whether you're advising on menu choices or finalising their purchase. Supporting customers with confidence: Handling queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customers feel supported. Managing food orders efficiently and accurately. Assisting with click & collect purchases. Key operational responsibilities You'll be trained to complete a variety of important processes, including: Refunds & open codes Waste management Product transfers Cash handling and till operations Food order entry and completion What We Are Looking For: A natural communicator who genuinely enjoys helping others Strong attention to detail Ability to stay calm under pressure A proactive, positive attitude Confidence in following procedures accurately Someone who enjoys teamwork and thrives in a busy environment Working Pattern: You will be supporting a 7 day a week operation.
