We are recruiting a HR Advisor to support a family-run logistics business firm based in Wednesbury. The salary is from £32000 to £36000 The Role Were looking for an experienced HR Advisor to take end-to-end responsibility for HR activity within a dedicated business area. Acting as the main HR contact, youll provide hands-on advisory support, oversee HR operations, and partner with managers to deliver consistent, compliant and commercially focused people solutions. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary HR contact for an allocated business area Lead employee relations casework (disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, capability) Provide expert advice on complex and sensitive people matters Oversee HR operational activity, ensuring accurate and timely employee lifecycle processes Coach and support managers in effective people management Ensure compliance with UK employment law and internal policies Support HR projects, change initiatives and continuous improvement Produce HR metrics and insights to identify trends and risks The ideal candidate will have the following skills: CIPD Level 5 qualified (minimum) Proven experience in a generalist HR Advisor role Strong knowledge of UK employment law Confident managing ER cases independently Experience working with HR administration or shared service models Strong relationship-building, communication and organisational skills Benefits Company pension Health & wellbeing programme Company events Free/on-site parking Top of Form
