About the Provision
Portfield provides a nurturing, structured, and highly personalised environment for pupils with:

What Your Day May Look Like
No two days are the same in this role! You could be:
* Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
* Helping deliver adapted and engaging lessons
* Managing behaviour with a calm, positive approach ✅
* Providing emotional support and reassurance
* Assisting with personal care where needed
* Taking part in sensory activities, outdoor learning, or life skills sessions
Flexibility and resilience are key — you’ll need to think on your feet and adapt to the needs of each student.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
