Responsibilities
As a Care and Support Worker you will:
* Support people at home to live as independently as possible
* Drive to client homes – a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential
* Empower individuals to make their own choices
* Provide personal, physical, and emotional care
* Assist with daily tasks, activities, and appointments
* Build positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals
* Use mobile technology to record and deliver quality care
* Follow Altogether Care’s values and safe working practices
* Travel when necessary to provide high‑quality care
Requirements
Required:
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
* Enhanced DBS check
* Willingness to travel as required
