Forget endless cold calling. You'll be working with warm leads, engaging customers who are genuinely interested in what you have to offer.
Your mission? To build rapport, provide expert guidance, and close deals. Your personality and passion for helping people will be your greatest assets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contacting warm leads to discuss their training needs and recommend suitable courses.
* Gaining a deep understanding of the product range, including course content, pricing, and benefits.
* Guide potential customers through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
* Establishing rapport with potential customers, building trust, and providing excellent customer service.
* Identifying opportunities to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have:
* A natural talent for building rapport and engaging with people.
* The drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner.
* A "can-do" attitude and a hunger for money.
* A background in sales, especially within retail or the automotive industry, is a huge plus.
