What You’ll Be Doing Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, networking, and industry events. Manage and grow existing customer accounts, focusing on retention and upselling. Promote the full range of products and solutions to new and existing clients. Generate quotes, book appointments, arrange product samples, and process credit applications. Conduct targeted monthly retention calls, re-engaging dormant or reduced-spend accounts. Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring data integrity for all customer interactions. Research market trends and competitors, providing insights to help shape promotions and sales strategies. Represent the company at trade shows, building brand awareness and generating leads. Support the sales process by assisting with order processing during peak times. What We’re Looking For Proven sales experience (B2B environment preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. High levels of customer service and a proactive, solutions-focused approach. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
