Role: School Administrator
Location: High Melton, Doncaster
Hours: full time, Monday to Friday
Salary: £23,503 to £27,949 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)
Esland Doncaster School is a brand new specialist provision opening in September 2026. We are dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with special educational needs, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive School Administrator to help us bring our vision to life.

1. A competitive salary between £23,503 and £27,949 (reviewed annually)

19. Experience in school administration (desirable)
20. Experience in SEMH/SEND settings (desirable)
21. Confidence with maintaining accurate digital records
22. Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet deadlines
23. Reliability, positivity and a can‑do attitude
24. Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm
