What’s it all about?
As our Senior Manager for Commercial Pricing and Analytics, this role will impact all areas of the business that directly influence revenue at a hotel level. You will be responsible for coordinating and delivering projects that drive incremental revenue.
You will model ideas, test through ‘test & learn’, present results to the wider business, and roll out successful initiatives across the estate. Building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships, promoting communication and innovation, will also be key responsibilities.

Who will this appeal to?
You will have demonstrable analytical skills with tools such as Excel and Power Query. Experience with multi-channel pricing, identifying the right price at the right time in the right channel considering cost-of-sale, is essential. Additionally, experience with ‘Test and Learn’ in a commercial environment is required.
You should also have experience monitoring impacts on strategy, developing forecasts, budgets, and reporting for revenue projects in a consistent manner.
