Net engineer

As a result of UK and international growth, our client is looking for an experienced Senior .NET Engineer to join their talented software development team.

Skills & Experience

* Degree qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar subject

* Demonstrable backend development skills in C# and .NET

* Possess a flexible and willing attitude towards ongoing continuous improvement plans and ready to embrace change

* Experienced working with Azure DevOps

* Be a champion for Agile development to help drive best practice throughout the business

* Demonstrable knowledge of implementing unit tests into existing systems that may be lacking

* UI experience working with the Blazor web framework desirable

* Experience working in a cloud-native environment highly desirable

Roles & Responsibilities

* Build automated unit and integration tests to help increase quality in the product

* Help upskill and mentor other members of the team. Specifically, team members moving from other languages to .net

* Drive best practice deployment patterns and methods

* Work in an Agile environment and help the rest of the organization move to Agile working

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software architecture, system components, and integrations

* Design and implement software solutions that meet the business requirements while considering scalability, performance, and maintainability
