The Role
This isn't a “sit in the office” kind of role.
As our Food & Beverage Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the entire F&B operation — restaurant, bars, room service, and events. You'll be out on the floor, setting the tone, raising standards, and making sure every guest experience feels effortless and exceptional.
You will:
* Lead from the front — visible, hands‑on, and inspiring your team every shift
* Create a culture where great service is instinctive, not scripted
* Own performance — from guest satisfaction to budgets and cost control
* Develop your team through coaching, training, and daily briefings
* Keep standards sharp — from presentation to compliance and hygiene
