The Role
* Teach English across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 opportunities may be available depending on experience)
* Plan and deliver high-quality, creative lessons in line with the curriculum
* Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
* Work closely with colleagues to support the academic and personal development of all pupils
About You
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply
* Strong subject knowledge and the ability to bring texts to life in the classroom
* Confident in managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment
* Committed to supporting pupil progress and raising attainment
* A team player with a proactive and collaborative approach
