Role Description
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Communications team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality campaigns and marketing initiatives across social media, email, website, PR, and trade shows. You will report directly to the Marketing Communications Manager and provide guidance and support to the Marketing Assistant, helping them develop their skills while contributing to the team’s wider initiatives. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to maximize the impact of all marketing activities.
We’re looking for someone with a passion for digital marketing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You’ll need excellent communication skills, creativity, and a proactive approach to deliver campaigns that make a measurable impact.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience working in a marketing department.
* Proven experience in social media, email marketing, website management, and digital campaign delivery.
* Knowledge of using Google Analytics for tracking and analysing website and campaign performance metrics.
* Knowledge of creating, managing, and optimising email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
* Understanding of SEO principles, including technical SEO, content optimisation, and performance monitoring using SEMrush or other similar tools.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills; able to juggle multiple priorities.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all creative and copy work.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and with external partners.
