Key Responsibilities: Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality education and care to pupils. Provide tailored support to children with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties. Work one-to-one or in small groups to reinforce learning and promote development. Help to create a positive and engaging learning environment. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent). Previous experience working with children with SEN in a school or similar setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A patient and empathetic approach. A good understanding of safeguarding procedures and behaviour policies.
