Job Description
The purpose of this placement is to assist the sales brokers in our Commercial Jets division. You will be responsible for assisting with ad-hoc administration and tasks all whilst learning first-hand what goes into ensuring a group charter is carried out to the highest of standards. Duties will include but are not limited to:
* Assisting brokers with their portfolio of clients
* Developing an expert understanding of the Commercial aircraft and chartering process
* Liaising with clients, airlines and airports
* Assisting the broker with charter bookings from enquiry to post-flight report
* Flight watching/overseeing flight departures and flight repping
* Ad hoc administration tasks
The Placement
* Duration: 12 months, ideally starting August - September 2026
* Based at our Surbiton Headquarters
* Due to the nature of the industry, working hours will vary but predominantly 09:00 - 17:30 Monday-Friday
* Training will be provided
* Travel opportunities will be given
Qualifications
Key Skills & Experience
* The successful candidate must be currently studying, ideally working towards a degree in Aviation, Airline, Airport or Business Management
* An interest in sales and / or aviation is essential
* Previous experience working in a customer facing role
* Hardworking and flexible (this is simply not a 9-5)
* Exceptional communication skills, fluency in a second language is an advantage
* Excellent problem solving skills
* Strong resilience with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
* Flexible with the ability to travel often and at times, with short notice
* Must live within a commutable distance to the job location
* Drivers License desirable
