Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities
* Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus, offering assistance with menu selections.
* Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
* Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring that all orders are correct and presented beautifully.
* Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of meals.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
* Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
* Assist with basic food preparation as needed during busy periods.
* Handle payments accurately using basic maths skills to process transactions efficiently.
Experience
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn.
* Strong guest services skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for customers.
* Basic culinary knowledge is advantageous, particularly in food preparation techniques.
* Familiarity with food safety practices is highly desirable.
* Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
