A well established main contractor working on new build contracts up to £35m is seeking a Document Controller/Information Manager to join their team based in Corby, Northants. You will play a key role in enforcing established company procedures and ensuring effective use of digital platforms for document management and quality inspections. Key Responsibilities • Ensure project teams and supply chain partners follow company information management procedures. • Monitor compliance with workflows, naming conventions, and approval processes. • Oversee configuration and standardised use of Procore across all projects. • Conduct regular audits, identify non-compliance, and drive corrective actions. • Support structured information handover, including asset data and O&M requirements. • Train and support teams to maintain consistent use of digital platforms i.e., Procore. About You • Ability to ensure compliance to procedures and driving consistent adoption across teams. • Excellent communication, organisation, written and stakeholder-management skills. • Strong understanding of Information management principles and version control. • Hands-on experience with Procore or another recognised digital platform used for document control with a UK contractor.
