The Role
As Management Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering accurate, insightful financial information to the business.
Preparation of monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and variance analysis against budget and forecast
Ownership of budgeting and forecasting processes, partnering with non-finance stakeholders to support commercial decisions
Analysis and reporting of financial performance, providing insight on costs, margins and key KPIs to senior management
Supporting month-end close, including accruals, prepayments and journals
Working closely with the Finance Manager and wider leadership team in a collaborative, on-site environment

We're Looking For
Management Accountant skills and experience we're keen to see include:
Strong management accounting knowledge, including accruals, prepayments and journals
Experience with month-end close and variance analysis
Budgeting and forecasting experience
Part-qualified or qualified (CIMA, ACCA or ACA), or qualified by experience
Confident communicator, able to work with stakeholders outside of finance
Candidates from Management Accountant or Finance Business Partner backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
