About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Global Benefits Specialist to join their growing People function. This is a permanent opportunity for a senior benefits professional who enjoys combining strategic thinking with operational delivery in a fast-paced, international environment.
This role offers the opportunity to shape and drive a global benefits agenda while ensuring the effective management and administration of benefits programmes across multiple regions. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, external providers, and regional HR teams to deliver a best-in-class employee benefits experience.
The Role
As Global Benefits Specialist, you will take ownership of the organisation's global benefits strategy, ensuring programmes remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. You will be responsible for both the strategic development of benefits offerings and the operational management of existing programmes.
This is a highly visible role with significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence the employee experience on a global scale.
