As a Talent Acquisition Partner you'll be responsible for finding and assessing the suitability of experienced tech candidates for AND Digital.

What you'll bring to the table:

* Experience of recruiting within the tech space (ideally some experience working contract/affiliate roles in an agency environment)
* The ability to recruit across the whole tech landscape, ideally with a specialist field in contract technical roles
* Experience of hiring at pace, both sourcing and headhunting talent across a variety of locations and levels
* Process oriented mindset along with strong administration experience
* Knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing strategies i.e. Linkedin Recruiter
* Good stakeholder management experience including working with key stakeholders to overcome recruitment challenges and provide regular market insight.
* Ability to build good relationships with lots of different ANDi's across clubs.
