Our client, a well-established Natural Stone provider and are seeking an experienced
Content Brand Manager
to join their team.
Our Client are looking for a strategic and creatively driven Content and Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of our brand storytelling and take our creative output to the next level. Reporting to the Marketing Director you will oversee a small but agile creative team including a brand executive, content lead, and photographer - to bring our brand vision to life with best-in-class content that is consistent, engaging, and aligned with business goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Translate company strategy and marketing objectives into compelling creative content and brand storytelling.
Own and evolve our content and brand expression across all channels.
Critically assess the current brand and content output, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Implement creative systems, guidelines and workflows that improve quality, consistency and speed
Champion creative ideation and innovation, while balancing business needs and audience insights.
Ensure content reflects a distinct, timeless and aspirational brand identity
both visually and tonally.
Drive a culture of creative excellence
raising expectations and nurturing talent
Collaborate with Marketing Director and other key stakeholders to align content and campaigns across the brand ecosystem.
Review and approve content, giving constructive feedback and ensuring alignment with brand tone, visual identity, and values.
Manage and mentor a cross-functional creative team, ensuring high quality, on brand outputs.
1. Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and develop a small team.
Allocate workload, set clear objectives, and foster a collaborative, creative studio culture.
Oversee resourcing, workflows, and production schedules to ensure timely delivery across all projects.
2. Brand & Content Strategy
Work alongside key marketing stakeholders to develop and own the seasonal and campaign-level brand content calendar in line with marketing plans and business objectives.
Ensure visual identity are consistently applied across all channels.
Translate brand strategy into compelling content and visuals tailored to different platforms (e.g., social, web, CRM, print, in-store).
