An amazing opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to work on a temporary basis, working Monday to Friday for our well-established client based in Lincoln.
Our client is looking for an organised, driven, and confident individual to provide exceptional support and customer service for the company!
Duties:
* Resolving queries and issues working through the central inbox.
* Setting up users’ systems via a customer portal system.
* Updating customer details ensuring accurate data is stored.
* Speaking to customers regarding any issues when required.
* Conversing with other teams in the company to process orders and collections for despatch.
* Any other duties ad hoc.
The successful candidate will have/be:
1. Proven experience in administration, customer service, or a related role.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with knowledge of Excel.
3. A strong attention to detail with accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
4. A process driven mindset and attitude.
5. A great telephone manner.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
