Overview Humly are working in partnership with a Primary school in Preston to recruit a committed and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant, working within an Upper Key Stage 2 class Monday to Friday, 08:30–15:15. The successful candidate will support mixed-ability pupils through targeted small group interventions and provide 1:1 support where required, helping to remove barriers to learning and promote academic progress, confidence and independence. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality learning experiences aligned with the school's curriculum and expectations. Build positive relationships with students to support their academic and personal development within the Primary setting. Maintain effective classroom management and a productive learning atmosphere. Follow all safeguarding and reporting protocols required by the school. Candidate Profile Relevant qualifications for a SEND Specialist (e.g., QTS or equivalent). Strong communication and interpersonal skills suited to the Primary sector. Reliability, adaptability, and a genuine passion for education.
