The Role Design and deliver engaging training programmes across the business. Support onboarding and career development pathways. Ensure essential compliance and professional training is in place. Review and evaluate training effectiveness, making improvements where needed. Work closely with managers to identify learning needs and create solutions. About You Passionate about people development and helping others succeed. Strong communicator with great presentation and listening skills. Organised, proactive, and able to adapt to different priorities. At least 2 years’ experience in a training or L&D role. Confident in building relationships and introducing fresh ideas.
