Residential Solicitor

You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload, delivering clear, practical advice and a high standard of service from instruction through to completion.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Managing a full residential property caseload including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
* Running files independently, ensuring matters progress efficiently and accurately
* Maintaining excellent organisation and attention to detail across all transactions
* Supporting business development and networking to help grow the residential property department

We're Looking For
* A qualified Residential Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE
* Strong technical experience across the full range of residential conveyancing matters
* Confidence managing your own caseload from start to finish
* Excellent organisational skills and a careful, detail-focused approach
* An interest in networking and contributing to team and department growth
