Marketing Programmes Analyst role at Kia UK Limited. This position supports the Marketing Programmes team in developing and delivering high-quality incentive programmes to promote Kia UK’s retail sales. The role reviews insights on retail and finance performance, manages competitor analysis, and communicates offers via quarterly Marketing Programmes Guides. The role provides opportunities to work across the Marketing and Sales teams to understand and improve sales performance and to create marketing assets for Kia UK’s dealer network.

The Team
Marketing Programmes is a core team within the Marketing Department, developing and implementing customer offers to excite, inspire and motivate people to buy a Kia. The team has the autonomy to be creative with offers and to impact Kia UK’s sales performance.
The Role
The Marketing Programmes Analyst will support the Marketing Programmes team in developing and delivering incentive programmes, review insights on retail and finance performance, manage competitor analysis, and communicate offers via quarterly Marketing Programmes Guides. This role works across the Marketing and Sales teams to understand and improve Kia UK’s sales performance while generating marketing assets for use across Kia UK’s dealer network.
About You
* Highly numerate with strong attention to detail
* Excellent knowledge and experience of Excel
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Self-starter with ability to work within a team and on own initiative
* Desirable – up to two years’ work experience in an analytical/numerical role
* Desirable – Experience of SAP / Excel / PowerPoint
