The UK Legal team is well established and highly regarded. Led by our General Counsel, Lisa Cameron, we comprise 32 lawyers supported by 4 paralegals. The UK Legal team also forms part of a Global legal function.

We have a vacancy for an additional paralegal within our Legal team, to support that transition.
The Opportunity
The paralegal will be an integral part of the UK Legal Team providing day to day assistance supporting that team. This will include general administrative support, the creation of and circulation of detailed minutes, agendas and associated meeting documentation, organisation of meetings, follow up in respect of open and actioned items to assist the smooth running of various projects and live matters. There will also be the opportunity to support the legal team in other areas including both contentious and commercial matters, legal research and drafting, tracking of legal developments and management of know-how.
Skills and attributes for success
1. Previous experience as a paralegal essential
2. Strong personal communication skills, including oral/written communication, capable of dealing with wide range of people
3. Good drafting skill and attention to detail.
4. Strong team player who is both committed and flexible.
5. Strong organisation, planning and project management skills.
To qualify for the role you must have
6. Law degree or non-law degree followed by GDL plus, ideally, LPC (or BPTC)
Ideally, you’ll also have

8. The ability to deal with problems in a practical and common sense way.
