About the Role
In this role, you will spend time out in services, seeing firsthand how care and support are delivered. You will engage with providers, listen to the voices of people who use services and their families, and use a range of evidence to build a clear and balanced picture of quality. Your findings will help drive improvement and ensure people are supported to achieve outcomes that matter to them.
Key Requirements
We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for quality, a strong eye for detail, and a curious, analytical approach. You will be confident looking beyond first impressions, drawing together information from multiple sources, and applying your experience and understanding of what good-quality adult services should look like.
If you are motivated by making a meaningful impact and want to be part of a supportive and knowledgeable team, this is an exciting opportunity to develop your career while helping to shape high-quality services across Warwickshire.
