1stStep Solutions Ltd (Mechanical & Electrical Recruitment Specialists) have a permanent role for an Electrical Project Manager / Contracts Manager in Exeter. Working within an established MEP & Renewable team.
Required: Electrical Project Manager / Contracts Manager- Location: Exeter
- Employment: Full time & permanent
- Salary: £55-£60k
- Additional: Company car for local applicant & if less local a car allowance is offered (£6.8k). There is also a discretionary bonus scheme. Auto Enrolment Pension. Death in service benefit.
- Hours: 8am-5pm
- Holidays: 26 days p/a (+ Bank Holidays)
Duties will include:
- Managing all Electrical works. From enquiry to completion including design, estimate and contract management projects 0-250k.
- Supervising a team of approved electricians and apprentice.
- Responsibility for NICEIC QS
- Must have good working knowledge or be willing to learn Fire Alarms (BAFE) & PV/EV.
- Manage supply chain and sub-contractors.
Qualifications or Ideal Experience:
- C& G BS 7671
- C & G 2391
- BS5839 Fire Alarms / BAFE
- PV / EV & Renewables
- Qualifying manager, Estimating, Senior Engineer or Contracts Manager
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook & Excel / IT proficient.
