Pipped is recruiting a Founding Head of Sales for a stealth analytics company that helps brands and agencies turn social-media influence into measurable ROI. If you can translate cutting-edge tech into must-have solutions and thrive on building go-to-market from scratch, we’d love to talk.
Your impact
* GTM ownership – Define ICP, messaging and channel strategy for PR firms, media agencies and enterprise marketing teams.
* Revenue leadership – Run the full cycle from prospecting to signature, hitting early ARR targets and landing lighthouse accounts.
* Org design – Create comp plans, processes, and hire the first AEs, SDRs and AMs.
* Storytelling & packaging – Build pitch decks and demo flows that make complex analytics simple and indispensable.
* Voice of customer – Feed structured insights back to product to shape roadmap and positioning.
* Sales infrastructure – Stand up CRM, reporting, playbooks and outbound motions.
You’ll bring
* Proven record selling B2B SaaS into PR/media/marketing agencies—or brand-side comms teams—with 5- to 6-figure deal sizes.
* Comfort operating as a player-coach in ambiguous, early-stage settings.
* Exceptional consultative-selling and C-suite relationship skills.
* Strategic mindset for building scalable sales engines from zero.
* Bonus: strong agency network, martech / social-intelligence experience, start-up or founder background.
