Registered Children's Home Manager (Ofsted Registered)
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week, flexible schedule)
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience + performance bonuses)

We are seeking an Ofsted-registered Children's Home Manager to lead a residential home in Derby for young people aged 8–17 with emotional and behavioural needs (EBD). You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure Ofsted compliance, and create a safe, supportive environment for children and staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the Ofsted Registered Manager, ensuring full regulatory compliance and readiness for inspections.
* Lead and manage a team of residential care workers and senior staff.
* Ensure staff are trained, supervised, and supported to deliver excellent care.
* Work closely with local authorities, social workers, and external partners.
* Manage home budgets, resources, and staffing effectively.
Requirements:
* Must be Ofsted registered (or previously held registration)
* Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare
* Minimum 2 years’ management experience in a children’s home
* Strong safeguarding knowledge and leadership skills
