What Youll Be Doing Lead the expansion into new product categories aligned with strategic growth plans. Source and onboard new suppliers and brands to broaden our offering. Manage the full product lifecyclefrom concept and business case to launch and performance tracking. Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to build compelling propositions. Collaborate cross-functionally with Category Management, Procurement, Marketing, and Sales. Negotiate supplier agreements and commercial terms. Monitor product performance and recommend optimisations. Ensure compliance with sourcing, quality, and brand standards. Build and manage a roadmap for new category introductions. What Were Looking For Proven experience in Product Management, Buying, or Category Development. Strong market analysis and commercial evaluation skills.
