What you'll do
* Motivate and support your team, aligning with our Company Values

What you'll need
* Experience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent time-management, delegation, and problem-solving skills
* A commitment to providing support to customers and the team through every shift
* Strong communication skills to handle challenging conversations
* Ability to monitor, manage and improve your store’s key performance indicators
