Kersey Freight Limited are a long standing British road haulage company operating a fleet of 82 trucks and 260 trailers from our head office in Hadleigh (Suffolk).
We are looking for a Key accounts administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities
* Manage focused customer service of 4 major client accounts, liaising directly with appointed contacts.
* Use multiple systems to ensure smooth processing and administration of all bookings.
* Maintain a high attention to detail and plan/manage the demands of our clients.
* Work under pressure and manage daily workload effectively.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients’ contacts over the length of contracts.
Qualifications
* Excellent customer service skills coupled with great administration skills.
* High attention to detail and strong organisational ability.
* Ability to plan and manage demands under pressure.
* A proven track record of working within the transport industry is advantageous.
* Good geographical knowledge and genuine understanding of the transport industry.
Working Conditions
* Full time position working Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30hrs.
* Starting salary will be dependant on experience.
