Overview
Power Up Client Success is looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join the team in Salford. The role involves building strong client relationships, managing multiple accounts, and acting as a trusted advisor across a diverse range of sectors.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing and developing a portfolio of commercial client accounts
* Building long‑term relationships with key stakeholders
* Analyzing consumption and performance data to provide meaningful client insights
* Coordinating contract renewals and supporting procurement activities
* Producing reports, presentations, and account reviews
* Identifying opportunities to enhance client value through additional services and solutions
* Investigating and resolving account queries, billing issues, and service concerns
* Supporting client retention, satisfaction, and growth objectives
* Keeping clients informed of market developments, regulatory updates, and industry best practices
* Collaborating with internal departments to ensure exceptional service delivery
* Monitoring account performance and maintaining accurate records through CRM systems
What We're Looking For
* Experience within Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, relationship management, or a similar client‑facing role
* Experience working within a B2B environment
* Utilities, energy, facilities management, consultancy, or related sector experience would be highly advantageous
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* The ability to explain technical or complex information in a clear and engaging way
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
* Experience using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and digital reporting tools
* A proactive, detail‑oriented approach with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
