About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to join our growing property team. Our business model spans a diverse range of residential sales and lettings, including student accommodation, HMOs, buy to let and block management. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in expanding our portfolio, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within a dynamic and fast‑paced market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and secure new business opportunities within the property sector
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, and key stakeholders
* Generate leads through networking, market research, and industry contacts
* Negotiate deals and manage the full business development cycle
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
* Achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets
About You:
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the property or real estate sector

* Strong understanding of the UK property market is imperative, with knowledge of the HMO market being advantageous
