EYFS Teacher Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons for EYFS pupils.
* Observe and assess children’s progress, providing feedback and support where needed.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies in line with school policies.
* Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan activities and share best practices.
* Communicate regularly with parents and carers regarding children’s development and progress.
* Participate in staff meetings, training, and school events as required.
EYFS Teacher Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching in EYFS or Reception classes.
* Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and assessment frameworks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
* Commitment to professional development and working collaboratively in a team.
