Where will you be working?
* Aviation- Our Aviation team works across a wide range of specialist civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering projects including major international airports, regional airports, and RAF airfields.
* Rail- Our Rail team manages a wide range of rail engineering projects, delivering civils, track, electrical solutions, and station structures across the UK.
* Defence and adjacent markets- We handle reactive and planned maintenance and upgrades on defence properties, airfields, military bases, ports, railway infrastructure, and depots.

What will you be doing?
1. Provide training and guidance on CMS and workspace use.
2. Advise on best practices and compliance. Guide teams to produce Quality Plans and ITPs. Monitor testing, checks, and inspections.
3. Ensure quality records are maintained.
4. Close out NCRs and raise them when needed. Conduct internal and observe external audits.
5. Analyze audit outputs. Support quality documentation development.
6. Maintain operational documentation controls.
7. Establish and review quality policies and procedures.
8. Coach and mentor site teams. Offer advice and innovative solutions. Provide quality reports.
9. Implement CMS requirements.
10. Assist with ISO accreditations. Stay updated with legislation and industry trends.

* Quality Management Experience to ISO 9001
* Knowledge and use of quality management systems and process improvement tools
