We are seeking a professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team at a prestigious hotel in the heart of the city. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
* Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process
* Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
* Manage reservations and room assignments efficiently
* Answer phone calls and emails in a polite and professional manner
* Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
* Assist with administrative tasks such as billing and record-keeping
* Maintain a tidy reception area
Qualifications
* Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is desirable
* Excellent communication skills with fluency in multiple languages is advantageous
* Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems is beneficial
