About the role
The Café Worker is at the heart of daily life at the Beacon Caféour vibrant, welcoming hub where tenants, visitors and local residents come together. You'll play a vital role in creating a friendly, inclusive space by delivering exceptional customer service, preparing highquality food and beverages, and helping to foster a positive, communityfocused atmosphere throughout the building.
Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:
* Consistently prepares food and drinks to outstanding hygiene and quality standards.
* Strictly follows all relevant Food Safety legislation and compliance requirements.
* Takes real pride in delivering warm, attentive and professional customer service.
* Is proactive, enthusiastic and motivated to get things done.

* Works confidently as part of a team and supports colleagues to create a great café experience.
