About the Role
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Area Shift Leader to join our highperforming team in Crick. As a key member of the operations leadership team, you will oversee a dedicated group of production operatives on your shift, ensuring that safety, quality, and performance targets are consistently met.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for leading teams in a fastpaced manufacturing environment. Working within the Alutray department on a 3 on, 3 off, 3 on, 5 off shift pattern, working nights shift 6pm 6am.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and motivate shift teams to achieve daily KPIs
* Ensure all health, safety, and environmental standards are upheld
* Monitor production output, quality, and operational efficiency
* Support staff training, development, and performance management
* Coordinate with planning, engineering, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations
* Champion continuous improvement and drive team engagement
Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role within manufacturing, logistics, or production
* Strong leadership, problemsolving, and communication skills
* Proactive, resultsdriven, and committed to high standards
* Flexible and adaptable to different shift patterns and team needs
* Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
