Emergency Medical Technician – Pilot Clinic
Location: Ibstock, Leicestershire LE67 6HP
Hours: 9am-5pm with a 30 minute unpaid break
Hourly rate: £15 per hour
Start date: 2nd Feb

About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced Emergency Medical Technician to support an innovative pilot clinic in Blisworth, Northamptonshire and Ibstock, Leciestershire. The clinic will combine in-person clinical support with AI-enabled technology, including the use of a Medical AI robot. The EMT will play a key role in supporting patients on-site by assisting with the collection of vital signs, before patients move on to a virtual GP consultation.
This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a forward-thinking healthcare pilot and gain experience working alongside AI-supported clinical technology.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting patients attending the clinic in person
* Working alongside the Medical AI robot to assist with blood pressure, temperature, and pulse oximetry
* Ensuring patients are comfortable and understand the process
* Supporting smooth patient flow ahead of virtual GP appointments
* Maintaining accurate records and following clinical protocols
* Adhering to infection control and data protection standards
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience working as an Emergency Technician
* Confident taking and supporting the collection of basic observations / vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse oximetry
* Comfortable working with new technology and digital systems
* Strong communication and patient-care skills
* Reliable, professional, and adaptable
