We are recruiting a Sous Chef to join a luxury, forward-thinking catering group with venues and event spaces across London and the UK. Known for delivering beautifully elevated food across weddings, VIP private events, corporate hospitality and workplace dining, they are now looking to welcome a Sous Chef into their team!
This is a brilliant opportunity for a Sous Chef from either an events or Rosette-standard background who wants to be fully immersed in premium, high-profile catering. You'll work closely with an exceptional Head Chef and Senior Team to deliver executive-level events across London, from intimate fine-dining to large-scale productions.
We're looking for someone confident with inventory and cost control, a natural leader who can motivate and develop their team, and a chef who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Sous Chef Benefits:
Salary: Up to £45,000 per year.
Holiday: 33 days per year!

Sous Chef Requirements:
Experience: Experience in high-end events catering or rosette background as a Sous or Junior Sous Chef.
Stability: Strong employment history with commitment and longevity in previous roles.
Leadership: Excellent ability to support, mentor, and develop the chef brigade.
