You’ll break tasks into manageable steps, use visual schedules and clear routines, and run short, purposeful interventions that build communication, self-regulation and core literacy/numeracy. You’ll capture quick progress notes and agree next actions with staff and parents so support stays consistent. Who you are: A reliable graduate with steady patience and clear communication.
