combining your technical truck knowledge with a commercial and customer-focused approach.What You'll DoSupport Used Truck Sales by managing inspection reports, assessing recharges, and ensuring fair and transparent vehicle evaluations.Work closely with third-party workshops to maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency, and technical quality in inspection reporting.Act as a trusted technical advisor, supporting high-volume customers with return scheduling, pre-inspections, and technical queries.Resolve disputes fairly and efficiently, representing the best interests of the Used Truck business.Collaborate with the sales, finance, and end-of-contract teams to ensure smooth communication and effective forecasting of vehicle returns.Contribute to continuous improvement, supporting DEKRA's commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency across all operations.What We're Looking ForYou'll be a strong communicator and technically skilled professional with a good understanding of HGVs and used vehicle assessment. You'll enjoy balancing technical detail with commercial awareness
